a)                     All Competitions are held under the rules of the British Dance Council Ltd.

b)                     A Distinguished Panel of Adjudicators will be appointed by The Festival Organiser and will be available at least 7
                        days before the Closing Date

c)                     Closing Date for all Entries – MONDAY 11th MARCH 2024
                        The Timetable will be advised by Email after the Closing Date

d)                     The North of Britain Open Formation Team Title (SA26) will be held on Saturday Evening 30th March and is open to
                         all Teams in all Branches. There is a 4½ minute limit plus  1½ Minute entry and exit totalling 6 minutes.
                         The Rehearsal is at 5.00 pm.  The Competition will be at 9.00 pm (approx)
                         The Music to be emailed to Musical Director – adamduffie@me.com by Monday 11th March 2024.

e)                     The Latin Sequence Competition (SU46) is open to Professionals, Amateurs, Seniors, and Pre-Champ and will be
                         held on the Sunday Evening 31st March
                         The Latin Sequence Competition (SU39) is for Pre-Champs only

f)                      NOTE: From 1st January 2024  - The Social Dancers Events are known as The Pre-Champ Events.

g)                     TICKET ORDERS
                         Please consult the Easter Dance Festival Booking Form in main Brochure.

h)                     Any Competition may be adjusted at any time depending on Entries.
